This bank is decent for Nepal.
Pros : can perform money transfer.
Cons: has one counter/teller for deposits in most branches ( head office has more) and withdrawals and one for money transfer so might get crowded.
there's lunch break for an hour in between 2-5 pm depending upon the branch, have to wait a lot if you reach between lunch hour. Some branches closes at 3 pm. Most banks in Nepal closes at 3 but come on its 21st century, banks can only open from 10 - 3 seriously? 5 hours ?
and most of the time the counter has super long queues.
