I was not satisfied with them because they lacked the required services even basic ones, i went tgere after metro city couldn't help us on our case and suggested us to go there but once we were there their pharmacy didn't have the required items, they sent us across the street to other hospital Pharmacy where also same case (because of late night time we had less option) and they sent us to Fishtail hospital there also we couldn't get tge required treatment so basically their information was really bad and we were running around from one place to other at late night without success and they couldn't provide the required treatment for us so very bad experience with them, not recommended.

Though it is less expensive compare to other hospitals in Pokhara, the hospital hygiene is just okay and the treatment is not good.

My experience was appalling. This facility is filthy. There were mice in my ICU ward, bedding was not clean, they used the same bed pan for all patients without disinfecting it. The ICU nurses were rude and unprofessional. They spent more time gossiping and making fun of patients than doing their job and were annoyed with assisting patients. It was a nightmare at a very difficult time. Fortunately my insurance company transferred me ciwic.

I got minor injury in my index finger, he did operation infront of his student but make huge mistake and again I have to do it in kathmandu.He played with my life and make subject of learning for his student. we shold boycotte him, if possible his lisence should ve canceal. if any any needs report, I will provide.

Crowded hospital, they should give more time for patients with doctors by making more doctors available to serve. They give more times to medicine marketing personal than to patients, multiple times I have seen this.

Confusing name with western region hospital which used to be called Gandaki hospital. Poor management, need QMS and proper instructions for OPD patients.
