It's got a good courtyard to sit and chill during the sunny winters, but food is just okay. Hummus was good, but fries and mashed potatoes were very average.

They serve Western food here! The pizza, nachos.. I just think the potato chips made from genuine potatoes are the best! So creamy, yet crunchy! Good coffee and cosy environment!

Little bit confusing at first as there is no direct reception, but the staff are friendly and will help. Small though and can be packed during busy time. Food and drink is excellent, well cooked and presented.

Oct 2017. Was here for lunch on a Sunday. Good vegetarian options for main dishes and taste good. Drinks are average. Average price for 1 main and 1 non-alcoholic drink is 700-1000 Nepali rupees.

I enjoyed delicious veggie momos. Price is ok. In Kathmandu standards, location is tucked away in a somewhat quiet place. Service is good.

Nice small garden area with both covered (no smoking) and outdoor seating. Coffee is decent and the sandwiches are good. There's also an indoor area in the back if the weather isn't good.

There's a ticket agent in the same courtyard if you're planning anything like trekking or internal flights. Can't speak to the prices as I didn't use them.

Gaia's prices are typical of the "western" type places in Kathmandu. Not the cheapest but nor is it expensive and it's CHEAP compared to Europe/US.

Ambiance, level, service. Prices as some European countries but you do get a perfect standard and more. Best hummus and other few meat and veg dishes. Dessert dept could be wider but still a no doubt return (went 2 days in a row!). Non spicy eaters find options but ensure communication and recipes are clear. 4 stars but deserves a plus hence 5

Best bar in Thamel. Very good service, variety of food with nepalese things and continental food (even vegetarian burger), amd with a variety of prices: nepalese cheaper, continental more expensive, which is normal.
