Chef himself is not wearing a chef cap/hat/touque especially while making pasta where there are chances of hair fall into the pasta dough and lead to physical contamination. Not setting an example for students---

Hi, Am Raju Bhatta from Kirtipur.
My small brother Rahul had intrested to Hotel management. yeah, He gave exam of its. he also take a class about it- in Libarotory College(Kirtipur). But,by some problems he can't paassed out the plus two.
He even joined the class of hotel management.
