  Easy access to professional Doctors and medical staff. Very affordable quality of care provided. Woman's health services and child medical treatment are as good as anything you will find in Nepal. Dr. Padma, Dr. Chandica provide excellent woman's health and the pediatrician is excellent. Up to date ultrasound, lab and well stocked pharmacy make for a complete medical experience. The hospital is pay as you go so you have to come with cash money or use the convienent ATM located on site. Very clean for a Nepal hospital. Staff is sweeping, mopping and cleaning toilets constantly. I would like to see a queue line system implemented at pay counter, pharmacy, lab and anywhere else that get crowded. The sanitation could be improved by disinfecting commonly touched areas such as hand rails, door handles, sinks and water spickets.

  They seriously need Queue Management System at many of their services from OPD registration to lab counter to doctor's cell.
  
  Need cleanliness of their washrooms too.
