  Staff at the service desk had no etiquette to deal with their customers. Very low response and very rude tone. They didn't even bother to request even I asked for the refund. They gave it instantly in a cold way as they don't need any customer.

  This is unbelievable. I went to reprint the (35x45 cm) passport size pictures of 40 copies. And I was gulled by the amount of what they charge. I didn't knew they deceive the customer in daylight.
