  Good banking service, ATM is there. Parking is backside. Good waiting space, friendly environment.

  Internet banking of the bank is very poor. Even a single reset or change of password may take up to six months. This is one of the worst bank i have ever experianced and faced. The help desk member are also not cooperative. It has very poor service.

  the cheque clearance staff of pulchowk branch keeps phone on hold for more than 4/5 min without any proper response and we need to keep on waiting .
