This is the only Apple Authorized Reseller I trust. Awesome team and well established brand.

If you are thinking about repairing Mac or Iphone or any apple products don't do it. They don't have any genuine parts and they replace high copy parts which has three month warranty so if that breaks in 2 months they will replace new parts which will have only 1 month warranty. They use local parts which in my case macbook pro battery which cost only 7000 in market they charged me 17000 and it was damaged closed to three months and they replace with new battery which now has no warranty

Where can I start about EvoStore. First of all, they should close their website. Their web stocks and details are not correct. In their website it shows stock available 20 but according to them they don't have any. Also they actually don't care about customers. I order an earphone via their website, 5 days gone no acknowledgement, no email, no call, no communication what so ever. In addition when I called to check progress of my order. They said they don't accept online orders and suggested me to go to a store. And about "Customer service", I really don't think that they understand the meaning of it. But I really don't blame them. I blame people who keep buying from them even after such a pathetic service. Good Luck Guys.

Prolly, one of the most terrible customer service in this entire world.. bought a macbook pro from them. However, the staff was extremely rude and if i had option to shoot my worst enemy and their customer service guy.. i would shoot the customer service guy without a second thought.

This store could use some professional training on customer service. The way the front desk lady spoke to me and a customer before me was unaccetable. Rude and unfriendly. A tech staff however was polite and friendly.

I came into Evostore looking for a sleeve for my laptop. It's not a Mac, but there are only a handful of places where one can get quality computer accessories in Kathmandu, so I wanted to try my luck.
To my disappointment, the employee at the front desk refused to acknowledge my request upon knowing that I do not own a Mac.
I felt unwelcome at the place.
