I was there this afternoon and i went to the reception and waited for 10 min but the casher at the reception was so busy chatting with his friend and didn't response me so i just left without my check up done so my 1st experience was bad and will not recomend this hospital

I was there 3 yrs ago for my scar removal with doc anil kumar jha. He did laser treatment for my skin without explaning about the negative consequences of it. Because of the laser i develop hyperpigment and my face was worse i told him i am getting married and ask him if there is any way i can reduce my hyperpigmentation he shouted on me saying that it was my fault and i didnt take care of it. As a matter of fact i used to wear sunscreen and hat all day long. I was so anxious and my eye was full of tear he shout again and ask nurses to refund my payment.i feel blessed that i dun have to deal with him anymore.he should feel good that he is working in nepal where customer service is zero.he is the worst doctor and human being ever. I wouldnt recommend anyone to fo there.
How dare u say its a spam message?it has been more than 5yrs ago.how i am going to keep the registration number of hospital i will never visit.I was student of maharajgunj nursing campus and I also know some of ur staff.

I think every thing is well managed. Guard was so help full than other and doctor was awesome. But that assistant look creepy.and Other thing were good.

appointment is strictly recommended here. All doctor are MD, good service. You must call hospital and make appoinment before some weeks for some dr.

Few months ago went there , doctor jha is so good , i got my Funggal infection treatment there , but the thing that pharmacy inside the area is so expensive , they're charging too high

Extremely rude staff, unethical receptionists and a very mismanaged clinic. Be prepared to get humiliated and insulted once you enter this place. Had bitter experiences thrice and I would highly not recommend this place to anybody. Worst Clinic in the entire Kathmandu valley.
