Do not book anything with these people!!
Customer experience is excellent at the travel agency. Very nice people who will lie to your face and take your money.
The actual value provided is horrible! For my long 30+ hour journey to Delhi from Pokhara, I was assured that I would be booked on a tourist-quality semi-sleeper coach bus, traveling direct (no stops), with fully reclining seats and power outlets. I paid the requisite price, very expensive for a bus trip, but warranted due to the expected level of service and the length of the journey.
However the reality of the situation was that these crooks stuck me on a barely-glorified LOCAL BUS (slightly softer chairs, moderately better suspension) filled with local Tibetan children traveling to a monastery in India. So most of them were car-sick the entire way, vomiting out the windows due to the horrific condition of the roads. I felt every bump of these barely passable "roads", and my brain was rattled by the first hour alone, let alone the remaining 34 that it took to reach Delhi.
I expected a much better build of bus for the price I paid. Additionally, the seats reclined, but not fully, and there was not enough room in the bus with all the people and their belongings as there would have been with a Volvo-type charter bus. No power outlets available and the fans and AC vents were not even connected to anything.
I have never been more upset by someone lying and cheating me directly to my face. There's no worse feeling than being stranded on hellishly long transport with sub-standard conditions and knowing there is nothing you can do to make it better or get your money back.response / report this review -
