  In January 2018 I bought quite a number of items both clothing and bags from Clothing in Nepal. We received excellent service from the company, so much so that I feel we made friends for life with the owners. The goods were in strong, vibrant, traditional colours, were well made and of good quality.

  I am very disappointed with not only the Administration /Customer Service person. there was a lack of the basic English language, & understanding of business etiquette. When I show another business person some of the products from Clothing Nepal, he stated that is why he does not buy from here. I wish I knew this before I sent over money..my own private money to start a small business on my own.
  The products I received after 19 emails(back & forth) were not good & I had to reduce price on several products, one being leg warmers they were very small, (that they would fit children) & not many adults. they were not the colours I ordered from picture on their site..buyer be very aware.
  Some of the bags were not what were pictured, & the inside lining of 4 bags resulted in customer complaints, wanting refund,which I have now had to also reduce, the whole experienced has left me out of pocket & frustrated, it was all my personal savings.
  All beaware that the pictures on pages may not be what you could be purchasing.
