  The place is nice and quite. Massage and sauna was okay as well. Friendly front door and other staffs. I Recommend this place to others too to try out chaiyanya massage.

  Got a trekkers massage here and had a lovely experience. The therapist was experienced and tackled all body parts very well. The ambience of the place is very relaxing and the staff is polite and helpful. Recommend this place after your trek (and otherwise too).

  I tried Chaitanya signature massage and steam bath.
  Easy to book,
  One of the cleanest spa in ktm,
  Good ambience,
  I like the warm oil massage, pressure is good.
  Steam bath is my first time and it’s best for cold remedy.
  There’s ongoing winter warm special discounts too.
  Receptionist is welcoming and gave me discounts too.

  The massage technique is nothing revolutionary. I was expecting a lot but the professionals did not impress me with there skills. The ambience is very calming however, it's upsetting that I lost my favorite earring so the experience turned sour for me at the end.

  I have no complaints! The lady at the front desk went out of her way to help me. The massage therapist was professional, friendly, and very skilled. I highly recommend this place.

  Booked a deep tissue massage here on a Sunday. Great service and good massage. However, I was assuming their "happy hour" would apply (which is half the reason why I booked it during that time), but it only applies from Mon-Fri. The receptionist I booked the massage with didn't inform me of this even though I asked her. They were kind enough to give me a 20% discount when I paid, though.

  Definately the cleaner of the Spas around. Friendly reception staff put me as ease as soon as I entered. Good selection of treatments but all facial hair removal is done with threading. Half price massages in the morning and free threading with your facials make it definitely worth while to pamper yourself here.
