  My uncle was recently treated at Butwal Hospital Pvt. Ltd., and our family is incredibly grateful for the level of care he received. From the initial consultation to his recovery, the hospital staff showed professionalism and compassion every step of the way.

  Very poor service, on 7 July 2024 the hospital charged me Rs.3500 for a molar extraction which was previously said to be only 1500 and the reason for high charge was said to be procedure was tough for her. Also to surprise the tooth was provided into pieces which was genuine but the xray was not performed. Now the patient is facing stiff neck and swollen throat.
  Shouldnt you take the xray if you have some pieces left or not...and why was the amount so high when the service was first proposed with 1500 only

  Went to the new building and got the worst experience ever!! Too poor management and the quality of service is no way more than that of public hospitals !! From reception to emergency ward, the process was just time consuming.
