This is a place built but a local effort from the Shakya family. The statue of Buddha is very nice but located under a cut tree does not do justice. They have also build a small CHAUTARA, where you can get some fresh Narayani River breeze.

The river side is a nice place to relax, sunbathe during winter, for evening walks, and a good choice for going if you are craving fast food! You get good food for cheap, there are places to sit, the Narayani river bank is good too although it could really use some cleaning up.

A statue of buddha in the way to nagarkot which is well managed with the garden is the spot to stop by and spend some peaceful time. It lies in the way to nagarkot. The view from the Buddha statue is to die for. If you have time i recommend to stop by and spend some time over there.

It's a pretty fun place to visit during the evening due to the nice view of sunset. But the pollution makes the experience not as fun as it could have been.

Nice place to hang out in the evening to kill the heat. There are good stalls that were cooked and raw food. Hyegine though is questionable. Can enjoy the view and the breeze of narayani river.
