The hotel itself is quite nice, however it is a bit over priced. When we were there they were didn't have a chef so the food was below mediocre which is not what I expected from a hotel like this.

Considering the limited options. It is a pretty property. Clean. Have their own vegetable garden. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is nice. Food is not great. Buffet or a la carte -prices are high. Ask your travel agent to include dinner and breakfast in the package.

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Food is not the strongest suit but considering all other things, I would say nice n cozy place to stay.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, green lawns and below-average food. It's a good accommodation option in Lumbini, but not fantastic in any way.

Pathetic to say the least!!! We checked in the evening & requested for a few tea & milk sachets for the next morning. To our surprise & utter dismay we were refused point blank.
We also requested for a morning wake up call at 6 am since we were driving back to Lucknow but alas that did not happen too.
Both the dinner & the breakfast were pathetic.
Our group had more 45 people but the treatment given to us was very shabby.
The bathing tub & the bathroom was quite a shy.

i picked some mangoes for the trees outside and they were very ripe! They served some exotic food for dinner and it was very delicious! I really recomend this place and service was fantasic amazing spectatular.

I didn't dislike this hotel it's just not a hotel of more than 2 stars, you don't get value for money. Basic comfort for people passing through the area. Food was ok.

Meh. For the price of the rooms you expect a nicer room. The bathroom looked dirty at first glance and the guest book was old )didn't have a room service price list so getting a bill for 250 rupees for a small bottle of sprite wasn't nice (paid 35 rupee in the streetBIG MARKUP).

Great internet throughout the property and staff were nice. Decent location too.
