Very quiet place and nice view on Pokhara. Om is a good cooker and make you feel comfortable in this place.
Be aware that it is not free 300 rps per day (not mentioned on the website) and the living conditions are rudimentary.

SO sad to be leaving! I stayed here as a volunteer for over a month, and if I could've stayed longer I would've. Everything, from the amazing food we ate every day to the meditation hall where we would practice yoga and meditation, was incredible. Om, our lovely host, could not have been more sweet or inspiring. He lives his life with one goal: To always be a happy person; so to live and be around that kind of person with that kind of attitude has been inspiring to me as a person. The people that maintain BYP do it out of love, which is why I know this ashram will be one of the best in the world when it's completed.

It's absolutely beautiful and has the best view in all of Pokhara, hands down. To be close to the action yet far enough away to still get a sense of peace and tranquility is what makes this place so special. Working on building a garden, maintaining the guest house, and then clearing/cleaning the isolation hall was a labor of love on my part, and I wish all the amazing folks here continued success in spreading the seeds of change! Namaste!

I stayed there as volunteer, helping on the site with the constructions and computer stuff. We had daily meditation and yoga. The food was veggeterian (and sattvic as well), freshly prepared in the kitchen by lovely staff. It's very relaxing place, quiet. Yet so close to the Pokhara town. Highly recommended!
