It is one of the top destination for local tourist from nearby terai area as well as from nearby India border cities during summer season to escape the increasing temperature. There are also some nearby waterfalls to visit after reaching here. One should enjoy the cool weather with natural beauty of Bhedetar.

Bhedetar is a village development committee in Dhankuta District in the Koshi Zone of eastern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 2643 people living in 513 individual households. It is 1,420 meters high from the sea level. It is actually the border line of Sunsari and Dhankuta district.Bhedetar is a developing tourist spot. It is a small hill station just 16 kilometers away from Dharan Sub-metropolis. It is famous for its unpredictable weather - a moment it hides itself in the blanket of thick fog and another moment it reveals itself as the crown of urban Dharan. Nepal Television has a High Power Transmitter Station at Bhedetar which broadcasts different Channels of Nepal Television. Transmissions are not only received by the Bhedetar but also neighbouring places.

Located at Dhankuta District, eastern Nepa! Small hill station just 16 kilometers far from Dharan !! Famous for its unpredictable weather - a moment it hides itself in the blanket of thick fog and another moment it reveals itself as the crown of urban Dharan. Further, you can enjoy the seven different mountain from a single point!

Beautiful place, famous view tower is under construction and closed now (April 2017). You can enjoy local food in huts as well. Shankha park is very near, you may take fresh air with beautiful panaromic view. It's hub for Raja Rani, Namje Bazar, Namaste Waterfall, Hile and Dharan.

Beautiful place. Everybody tries Thukpa (noodle soup) here. Don't go to shiny hotels, enjoy the roadside huts.
