Bhatbhateni is a chain of supermarket which was recently launched in Dharan. This is the biggest supermarket of Dharan.
Its a good place to buy stuffs as you can get all kinds of items, local to international, in reasonable prices. There are great offers for the buyers during special occasion and festive seasons.response / report this review -

Bhatbhateni is a great store for shopping spree. You will get different products of great price range within a building. It also makes you feel that your needs are few but wants and desires are limitless which cannot be fulfilled easily. Don't feel bad that you haven't got enough money to buy all the things you want to buy there. Get inspiration to work harder and earn more instead. I go to Bhatbhateni Store once in a while just to reinforce that feeling and break the stress during the exams by having ice cream or some food stuffs in the stall in the front.

Well Bhatbhateni at Dharan is a well place to visit in. But the price compared to that of Bhatbhateni at Biratnagar is more expensive.

staff are very rude (though not all) .*G/Floor* I gave my shopping bag at beginning bt she didn't help me to put my goods in bag. when I asked cashier to help me atleast pack frozen food she said do it yourself . when I complaint to supervisor she was like ahh ok and didn't notice as well.. very unpleasant experience and mind it this is not thefirst time. if you want repeated customer, you really need to train staff about customer service

Some items are cheaper but some are too expensive. Security personnel keeps follow customers until he/she pay out their bills. It doesn't looks good all customers are not a shop lifter.
Store manager should train security personnel in other way.
