This is one of the largest chain supermarket in Nepal. It is well known for one roof solutions for entire range of shoppings that includes from daily usable of vegetables to electronics and furnitures. Popular among expats and foreigners as it is the most looked after place to find wide range of stuffs including imported one. Reasonable pricing. Parking is the only problems during weekends but enough on week days.

this is a multi level super market famous for catering to all the shopping needs. however most of the time the complaints are for the quality of clothes. few are cheap but why to compromise on the quality of the product. however it still is one of the promising shopping destination for many. also from time to time they run promotional campaigns for frequent visitors.

Unfriendly and untrained personnel translates to bad customer service. Unsatisfactory retailing experience and soon they'll realize they can't rely on the monopoly they use to have anymore. More one-stop shopping outlets are popping up and have used them as a benchmark.
However, they seem to have realized that this benchmark company has operated below industry standards and they can easily provide a better consumer experience.
Maybe this is the consequence of becoming the behemoth it's become and lack of proper management personnel has resulted to a degrade in quality as the company has gotten to big to efficiently operate.

You find almost anything in this superstore. If you don't find anything then its your bad luck. They also provide surprising offers sometimes. Like 1kg Sugar free for a purchase of Rs. 1000. Also watch out for the products that is close to the end date. You may get your favorite on a buy 1 get 1 shelf.
The oldest store is close to my house so I very often go there to spend some dineros.

Bhatbhateni is one of the biggest shopping Malls chain in Nepal. The best thing about this chain Super market is time saving; you can get almost everything needed for your daily life in a single store. However there are several debates and news in media questioning the quality of products we get here. I personally am not satisfied with the quality of garments, but I'm pretty sure with the standard quality of food, snacks, biscuits and toiletries items.

Good place for busy metropolitan residents for shopping.. Grocery section is simply great with various choice from domestic to imported products. Clothing section is filled with medium and lower range products.. they need to make sure only good quality products get their selves.. Utensils section have variety of choices.

Bhat Bhateni Supermarket is the oldest shopping mall where you can get everything from groceries, fast food, household consumable goods, wide varieties of clothing, footwear, electronics, gadgets.
Though it has lots of branches around Kathmandu and other main cities, it is overly crowded. The supermarket is piled with lots of items on the selves and on the floor and customer can hardly walk through it's narrow aisles.

Has everything you might need at reasonable prices. Also has a fun night market scene in the parking lot. Watch out for expiration dates on dairy products though.

The place is a FIRE TRAP - way overstocked with no room in the isles for to people to pass one another. If there were ever an emergency inside it would be very hard to get out quickly. They should keep half of their stock in a warehouse - why do they need 50 boxes of shampoo blocking the isle?

Very nice place for local residents. I visited to have some local things for family @India, but not able to trace it out. All were either Indians or Third country. Although Its a nice place and edible potato tikki chat on ground floor.

A nice concept of Hypermarket in Kathmandu that has multiple items of fooding, clothing, electronics, gifting, and many more all at one place.
The service is good and the products are good as well. But the escalator is only built for going up and not down, so if you need a bit more energy to come down.

One of the place where you can buy everything. The grocery items are diversified. Prices are reasonable.

Clothing section can improve a lot. I mean those cheap Chinese brands may not be of taste to many.

The food stalls are good if you are hungry and the recently added Pepe Pizza is my favourite place to eat. Enough said.

This store has pretty much choices of goods. Some times you have to care your own as they don.t much care of validity of product and also there are many complains about the billing. Otherwise its good.

Nice place for shopping but they don't have a furniture section unlike the other branch at Krishna Galli. I hope the parking system gets a bit managed too. Nice experience overall

Great place for shopping. Can buy almost everything at reasonable price. I hv doubt on the quality of the product, some branded products like shoes seem to duplicate not original
