i got a bad experience with BAND BOX this day. the overcoat which i brought from zara London has been damaged in time of custody of band box. the staff of bandbox even did not realize, accept and not even apologize. what a figure of customer service of band box which i am using since last 18years. we did not pay the service charge even since it was quite expensive coat. i would like to urge the directors or owner of BAND BOX, please leave this kind of BAND BAJAO program with their valued customer and spreading of trust and listen to the customer is quite valued. this incident was happen in bansatpur branch this afternoon.
