  I would like to thank you so much for taking good care and also for the good treatment😊. actually this is my first time doing a panchakarma. here I spent a wonderful 28 days 😍.. And I had amazing experience .so once again thank you so much for this amazing experience.. All are the therapist work absolutely wonderful 👍.. You all are doing a great job 👏.. All staff are very friendly and the service is excellent .. But special thanks to Rita, krishna, Rashi, Dhana sis and Dr. Anila.. Such a lovely and kind team..❤️

  We wish to thank Ajasrika Ayurveda team for quite an experience:
  
  December 2017 we were fortunate to being guests at the Ajasrika Ayruverda Panchakarma center in Kathmandu. Our main objective was to follow a course in Panchakarma, to get to know more about Ayurveda and Panchakarma in particular.
  
  Coming from Africa the month of December in Nepal can be quite cold. We were however received with warmth and smiles. The Ajasrika team is young and dedicated and made us feel good: they truly cared about our wellbeing and they were also flexible to change our course according to our needs.
  
  Our experience at Ajasrika changed our lives: we tremendously enjoyed, as partners, to massage each other which we will continue for the rest of our lives😉 also the yoga sessions in the morning by lovely Dr Anila were an eye opener which we still pursue in our daily lives in Kenya. The treatments were very diverse and we learned which ones suited our constitutions best.
  
  In the years to come we would like to open our own wellness center in Kenya and we will therefore pick the ones we truly liked or think where most people could benefit. Being firm coffee drinkers from Kenya it was also an eye opener to see how good herbal teas made us feel. Hence less coffee, less alcohol, more yoga, more herbal tea, more massaging and caressing is the way forward for us!
  
  A few words for improvements: The food at the center was, through our eyes, rather blend, perhaps we are used to more flavor in our dishes being Euro Africans. However, one thing is for sure: even weeks after the course we feel the sense of happiness, well being, yes an overall feel good.
  The location in December in Kathmandu can get rather cold so please take really warm cloths with you. Also a small contribution for improvement would be to explain more WHY certain treatments are given, hence more explanation why we are doing this & what the benefits are.
  
  Overall we had a lovely stay and we can recommend this healing place to anybody wishing to achieve a healthy body in a healthy mind in Nepal.

  i have been to this center last week.i flew from dubai because i heard alot. this center provided the service beyond my expectations. The staff treats you like a family. i felt like home,every thing is perfect,the expert massage,food and hospitality, and the best thing is the care and concern. specially the main of all, Dhana an amazing amazing lady who makes sure you get every possible thing on time. i had an amazing experience with her and the staff. i would love to visit this center again as soon as possible, next time i am definitely brininging more people with me.

  I myself did Vamana after medicated ghee. Classical ayurveda treatment in tranquill accomodation. I strongly recommend this center for those who is looking for detoxification.

  I spent a wonderful 3 days at Ajasrika Ayurveda and Panchakarma Centre in Kathmandu. The medical consultation was done by a professional Ayurveda Doctor and a therapy plan for the 3 days was tailored to my personal needs. All therapies were done by well trained and skillful staff. I felt I was uplifted for a long time after. The accommodation was clean, neat and well maintained. The food was fantastic.
  All in all a very good experience. Thank you, dear Ajasrika Team!

  30 Tage Pancha Karma im Ajasrika Ayurveda and Panchakarma Centre, eine der besten Erfahrungen in meinem Leben. Nicht in erster Linie Ayurveda-Wellness, eher eine profunde Entgiftung (innere und äußere Ölungen) und Entschleunigung mit angepasster Ernährung. Unvorstellbar breite Palette an Behandlungen. Atem- und Yogaunterricht. Das Team ist phantastisch, sehr erfahren und liebevoll. Fühle mich wie neugeboren, auch noch Wochen nach meiner Rückkehr. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen!"

  I used this centre in last October. I found therapist are experienced, friendly and very supportive. It is in a beautiful peaceful location with great accommodation facility. Food are prepared in guidance with Ayurvedic practitioners and are very healthy. I felt rejuvenated every time I attended panchakarma and massage. Sirodhara was quite an amazing experience. I lost 6 kilo in 8 days. I felt relaxed and my work perfomance evidently enhanced. I can't wait to go back to Ajrasika. Thank you so much for for the oppertunity for heavenly experience. This is definitely a sacred placed to be for complete healing process and relaxation. Their body detoxification process is completely safe and healthy. Thank you
