Undoubtedly the oldest Vespa and Aprilia service station in Kathmandu but the quality of service has consistently degraded over the years. The staffs you see on this service won’t be there on your next service. Also the time it takes to service one scooter is quite long about 2-3 hours. May they improve their service.

one of the best service centers with nice mechanics and proper maintenance, but it literally takes more than two to three hours to service a vehicle because it is usually busy. To avoid having to wait longer, make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time and avoid visiting when break time is about to start. Best service center overall

Your scooter gets well serviced and maintained but you have to wait for a long time. Better to book beforehand. The staffs seem indifferent about you. They don't care if you are bored or annoyed. Customer service really needs to be improved.

Just the perfect place to get your Vespa serviced. I had taken my Vespa for service after a long trip all the way from India and the manager was patient enough to listen to all my issues and resolve them at the earliest. Everyone was surprised looking at a weird number plate 😄

The servicing took a lot of time but it was good, the people who work there are friendly. The place seemed a slightly mismanaged. It was very inexpensive for the servicing.
