I spent 2500 to change the eroded magsafe charger cable but within few mins of using, the charger blew ( probably due to cheap quality of cable ) and i was told it was not repairable and the amount of the repair was not refundable. Worst customer support from repair section.

i had my iphone 5s batt replaced within 15min. It was quick and easy, they have said the batt is under warranty for 3 months. Lets hope it will live up to it. Not sure abt the bad review here but i have found service to be good and smooth. Maybe my luck!!
Update: the battery lasted only 4 months and it almost spoilt crack my phone cos it got swollen. Not sure what to expect here but certainly this was not the quality I would expect for Npr3500 battery. Totally rip off.. so pisst off that I changed my phone to android. Never recommend this at all , they are there only of $$$.

My iPad cover slipped off and the iPad hit a flagged floor, damaging the power button so that it would not switch on.
Arrived at Oliz and the ‘owner or manager’ was helpful, straightforward and honest. He said he would either be able to fix it quickly or it would need a major repair. Within 10 minutes it was back working. He refused to accept any payment as he felt it was a simple service.
My wife was relieved as another 3 weeks on holiday without my iPad would, for her, been intolerable.
This organisation is first class in dealing with visitors with Apple issues.

Oliz Store माथि भएको त्यो Apple Store/Sevice Center मा भुलेर पनि नजानुहोला । त्यहाँ फोन बनाउन दिएमा कवाडीले पनि नलिने अवस्थामा फोन फिर्ता आउँछ । I hate myself for letting them repair my iphone. अर्कोको फोन बिगार्दै सिक्ने अनि कहिले तपाइको यो बिग्रेको छ कहिले त्यो बिग्रेको छ भनेर अनेक बहाना बनाएर अन्तिममा दिएको फोन ढुंगा बनाएर फिर्ता गर्ने, थुक्क !

My iphone 5s touch was not working because I dropped. they tinkered with it right then and it started working , again they tinkered a little more and then it stopped working, they said touch IC needed to be changed and kept the phone . For 2 months when ever I called they kept saying different things, then they told me they were doing test and then few days later they said test failed, come get your phone and now it is not even turning on. Totally incompetent should have taken to a local repair shop. I wish I could give them negative stars.
