  Really welcoming family and delicious and healthy home cooking from Saraswati, Narayan's wife. The yoga itself was challenging for stamina yet suitable for beginners. Narayan was very informative throughout the session on the benefits of the poses and also helpful for activities to do around Pokhara.

  Narayan & the family are amazing! I followed a massage course and learned many new techniques and ways to improve my massage skills. Every morning I was enjoying the meditation walk and yoga. Sara makes delicious and healthy food! I can highly recommend to go to this Ashram 🙏
