Great alternative to Ama Dablam BC, which is only 5 min away. You get decent meals (almost the same price as in the valley lodges, but rations are really big) and can enjoy the warmth of the stove. Accommodation and shower is also available. The staff is super friendly and you can get useful climbing advise from the Sherpa guide who runs the lodge.
