Ticket counter staff are radiculous and pathetic. Why they keep such people who dont know how to behave with their customer. I would advise a-max to improve service quality by living good training to their staffs .

I went to watch Race 3 in Amax with my friends And i was very disappointed They charged Nrp. 250 for ticket and when we went inside we didn't find anything interesting there.. It's audio quality was so bad, seats are damaged Not any standard maintained there After 10 min they turned off the AC, hall became tandoor in minutes When we tried to call the staff, no any staff was available We went downstairs to find them and asked them to switch on the AC but they didn't respond After few minutes we again went to them and asked to turn on the AC In between we missed lots of scenes Trimurti hall in Birgunj is better than Amax

At the time of reviewing it,this is the best available theatre in town with AC. I am mentioning 'at the time' as many other luxurious multiplex are under construction which are potentially gonna beat it.

Recently I visited this cinema. It has good chair and Air condition facility in comparison with any other cinema hall of birgunj. But meanwhile it is too congested, balcony is too small. Furthermore, it do not have enough space for parking and most importantly there is no other exit door in balcony which can be dangerous for emergency condition.

Finding this in Birgunj felt great in 2017. However, the screening, and sound system can be better. Was amazed to find mothers with toddlers, so be aware of children crying. There will be no one to stop them. And you shouldn't try starting an argument with locals.
