909 Academy.Studio is a music school with the sole purpose of training people interested in DJing and producing electronic music.

DJ/Producer Vibe (Nabin Maharjan), after more than ten years' experience working in Nepal and India, established 909 Academy.Studio as a modern electronic music school in Kathmandu. Aspiring DJs and music producers will get acquainted with equipment and software and learn the basics of mixing, mastering, production and sound design. The academy runs three courses;

• Pro DJ Module I (CDJ)
• Pro DJ Module II (Digital)
• Electronic Music Production

Each course can be taught in a group of up to 4 students or as a one-on-one session. You will find an environment where you can learn from students and teachers alike. Your instructor will guide you to complete one project during each course, be it a drum loop or a mixed track. Professional equipment is available in the studio for your own practice. We offer regular workshops with visiting artistes to improve your skills and prepare yourself for a potential career in the music business.
