  A very popular and famous temple great values for hindus . Every 5th year a very big religious event/fair is conducted here and millions of visitors visit every week for a month.
  The event/fair involves the large scale sacrificial slaughter of animals including water buffaloes, pigs, goats, chickens, and pigeons – with the goal of pleasing Gadhimai, the goddess of power. 
  The largest traditional animal sacrifice in the world.
