Terrible after sales customer service! Their staff are not trained enough about their own products. They have no clue about how to track existing product returns (because of defective product). They do not follow up well on existing customer complaints. I bought a Thule tilhenger recently and I have been trying get a replacement part for a month now. No replies to emails. Even turning up at their shop does not help getting the job done
