Absolutely not recommendable. Used the campgroumd for a night, which was awful. Probably the filthiest kitchen and bathroom i have been in Scandinavia. There are "mass showers" without any standard, and more private shower rooms which are filthy, with most showers broken. The RVs are sitting next to each other at minimum distance on badly maintained gravel, the Airport is in hearing distance. But they do have a nice view of the Trondheim Fjord.

Extremely Friendly staff and owner. Very good deal as everything is included in the price (hot water shower, use of kitchen etc). Highly recommend!

This is a great camping site with great views, however there's no access to the waters edge due to train lines. Excellent facilities, lots of showers with lots of hot water & a large kitchen & dining area to make & eat food (great if it was bad weather). They could put in a few more toilets separate to the shower block though, as it was quite busy during the evenings. The grounds were nice, quite slopey though and due to poor drainage it was quite soggy from previous rainy weather. You can set up camp wherever you like. For only 200 NOK for car & tent, including full access to amenities, we thought it was a great deal for one night!

For tent campers this place is heaven. The staff are very friendly and you have use of the hotel's kitchen facilities including fridge hob microwave, you name it. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk, showers, WiFi and coffee are free and the views are great. If it's raining you can eat your meal at a table In the hotel lobby. But they also have a new kitchen for campers which has all facilities and a couple of tables as well. All is included in the very reasonable price.
There is a sheltered BBQ place with many small bbqs for youbto use.
Oh, And the views are great.
Can't rate it highly enough. Staying few more nights.response / report this review -

Campground is quiet messy and Not well maintained. Bathrooms are okay but not really clean.

Personal super freundlich, asphaltierte Stellplätze, Sanitäreanlage ist sehr einfach gehalten (könnte man mal neu machen) und kostenlos, Rezeption bis 22 Uhr erreichbar auch in der Nebensession. 240 Kronen für Camper mit 2 Personen und Strom

Nice location to visit trondheim, good camping facilities (kitchen, showers, toilets) and wifi in the reception. Friendly staff. Not the cheapest.
