Small regional airport. Surprisingly has transit area. Probably for even smaller and more local airports. Not so busy. Not so crowded. Security check takes between 5 and 15 minutes. Many machines to print your ticket. Although most people are using cell phone pass today. SAS lounge is small and cosy. With internet, coffee, fruits, cookies etc. Several places to purchase coffee and food. Several stores inside. Free water. Good connection to local buses, express shuttles, train. Taxi from several local companies are available. I always use express bus that departs every 10-20 minutes to Trondheim center. It takes about 50 minutes and costs 150nok. Taxi will be around 800nok for one person and it takes 35 minutes to most parts of Trondheim.
Nice little airport. Swift security control.
Clean, tidy and modern airport, but decidedly average.
The Trondheim airport is a quiet and clean airport with efficient efferent transportation options in place. Buses--called the Flybussen--to Trondheim proper are easy to access, and include free wifi on board. Trains will get you to Trondheim Central Station as well, and are a bit cheaper. Bus tickets can be purchased in advance online (I believe there's a discount for online bookings) or in-person from the driver. Overall, this is a nice airport to fly in and out of.
Small, but modern airport. Wasn't crowded and we made it through security in less than five minutes. A stress free departure.
A bit far from the city, but well connected with various bus shuttle services.
Minimal staff, only one place to eat in International terminal, slow to deal with things when things go wrong.
Only plus side is it is clean and modern. Poor overall.
The picture with the SAS planes is from CPH airport.
Nice littel airport.
Helpfull and friendly security personal at the security check.
Great varity of food at the domestic terminal, at the international terminal is only one bigger "restaurant". If you have a international flight, stay as long as possible in the domestic part, becasue when you have entered the international termnal you can not reenter the domestic part.
International terminal has a big Heinemann Duty-Free shop.
Not so nice:
Luggage check-in is full self-service. You have to check in at your airlines check-in machines and tag your bags fully by your own.
One of the most pleasant "small" airports. Quite efficient and very clean
