Very nice Nature Resort! Nice people and some really sweet and cool places! Consider that most of the routes are not meant for high weight baggage. Especially the Trollhetta in the mid (!!!). The Trollhetta-Route is exhausting, dangerous(baggage!) and long but absoluteley worth it! See some pics and try to take the Route from east if possible, it was pretty awesome ♡.♡
I was there with tent and 20kg baggage (far too heavy!) but you can also easily take the Hut Tour. Costs about 530 Crowns a day. To use the bath/toilet and dry room about 165 Crowns. (08/2017).
If you travel via Oppdal consider the Bus that only drives twice a week! ( Sun / Thu ).response / report this review -

Th place is incredible for hiking! Although not all routes are marked, you can still find your way to one of the summits. Lots. of hidden treasureslike swimming pools in the rivers, lakes, waterfalls, etc.

This Place is beautiful. I don't know how someone could give this a poor review because of the weather. That is like giving the day a bad review because sometimes it is night.

Fantastic scenery all the way, its an epic road journey from north to south and I'd advise going that way so you 'discover' the route. We came up that way and found a semi frozen lake, in the middle of July!
