Best spot to start for your downhill skiing experience in that region, however I do wish they would reduce the lift pass rates when they know only the main lift is open or when all the areas are covered with ice snow :-/ room for some customer service improvement. Would also be nice if they invested in having a restaurant at the top instead of at the bottom of the slopes ;-)

Decent slopes, close to Stavanger (1.5hrs drive, with 2 alternate access roads should the main one be closed for any reason). Only button bar, but there are lots of alternate descents and is back-to-back with Alsheia.
