Where to start!!!??? This is a hotel with two or three stars! And that's a lot! The staff is horrible, unkind and impolite.
the worst ever at reception impolite and that makes you feel terrible, they refuse my wife a stay without any reason , they hang up on me when I called to question why.
How could a booking which was done in weeks and paid for, then to throw her out in the rain in the cold is unacceptable.
for you not returning my calls and hanging up on me , that tells me your refusal is purely the colour of ones skin.
Shame on you and I will seek legal action.

I'm still staying here, but all is good. Positioned in the centre of town with easy access. Breakfast was reasonable, staff are helpful, room is clean and comfortable. They only do evening meals on Thursday, but there are plenty places to eat in walking distance.

I have stayed here a number of times in the past few weeks when travelling for work, the receptionist recognised us on our return which was lovely.

The rooms are a mix of refurbished and still-waiting-to-be-done, but do they do the job. Most have the traditional twin beds, but doubles are available on request.

The ironing set up is a little odd, the designated area is in the disabled area on the ground floor, ask the reception for the key for entry.
