Nice Hotel, directly in the city.
Many attractions of Oslo are in walking distance.
+ very friendly staff
+ very good breakfast
+ good size of bathroom / shower
+ quiet
- small room with small queen bed
- no temperature regulation by guest possible
- can't get fresh air via window or door
If I stay again in Oslo, I will choose the Cecil again because of the friendly staff and the breakfast.😉response / report this review -

Well located near Parliament and harbor. Nice breakfast. Rooms are a bit small.
