I thought a scary inspector would come, but a super nice guy came through the door and did the job thoroughly, professionally and efficiently. He was not looking to catch us on mistakes and shortcomings, but solution-oriented and accommodating when we found a small fault in the drain which we could fix the next day. Recommended!

Thomas carried out a thorough and comprehensive roof report, which gave the undersigned the opportunity to take part in an inspection and explained how they carry out a roof report in accordance with current regulations. The seller feels that I have a better understanding of what the roof report entails after this.
