  Nice and beautiful place especially for nature lovers, hikers and fishers. Rathercexpensive though.

  Fantastic service and friendly environment. Great view of the lake which provides a great dining environment, complimenting the food. Easter visits are essential.

  Perfect stop to eat waffles and have a cup of coffee while resten your legs. Friendly and welcoming staff.

  Vi kände oss verkligen varmt välkomna. De anställda var genuint intresserade av oss utan att vara påträngande, och gick våra speciella önskemål till mötes: vegetarisk mat trollades fram, transport till tåget i Ål fixades. Och så fick vi ett fint bord med storslagen utsikt mot Hallingskarvet. Stort tack!

  Fantastic view of the lake, possible to fish local trout, delicious food, hotel-standard rooms and magic environment. Ideal base for many hiking-trips, car-trips to the magical Aurland-valley with the famous sognefjord.
