  Very informative, as they should be I suppose, I asked a question about a shop that they hadn't heard of, they went on the web, found it anthem gave me a map. Excellent.

  Very helpful English speaking Norwegian lady who advised us about bus times and fares as we had decided to take a bus to the Botanical Gardens and Archeological outdoor Museum near the University. She also told us how to get the best value day pass which would save us about 20 krone. The brochures were all free and there was also a city map available and all were printed on high quality glossy paper. We caught the number 4 bus and felt confident about our solo excursion whilst there for the day from our cruise ship.
