A-personalized help. The guy was competent but was not assertive in giving me the needed answers. On top of these I went there to buy a pair of shoes. There was no number and I was asked to come back in 2 weeks. Inefficient logistic. Low assertive personnel.

Had my bike repaired ok here previously, all good. However today I had lost a bolt for my pedal. The guy found me a new one and installed it immediately. (All free).
Maybe i got lucky with timing, but this is how service should be.response / report this review -

Had to wait for 15 minutes to pay because the only shop attendant was too busy with a high value customer (who had no budget). A lot of time wasted for a very simple purchase.

Worst shop ever. Did not have what I asked for and then tried to give me something that would never have fitted, in a lousy quality with remark: this is the only one we have. Stay away from the stavanger branche at all times
