This hotel isn't "fancy". The rooms are freshly renovated, beautiful warm bathroom, friendly staff and they accepted my service dog with no trouble at all. The dinners in the restaurant are outstanding! I enjoy my stays here whenever I'm in Sortland.

Second time we stay here. But not the best service. Some of the staff are really nice some are grumpy. Rooms are ok, not all lights are working tho. Breakfast is ok, but not so varied as other places.

Nice standard on the bathrooms, the rooms themselves were okay. Breakfast buffet wasn't great, but okay.

Nice location, spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful and helped me charge my electric car.
