Amazing experience ! The place is beautiful, very professional rafting guides, great food and a lot of fun. Be very careful not to book in any other rafting place with similar name. This is the place where you want to stay when rafting in Sjoa !

Me and my wife had rafted several times on an advanced level with Sjoa Rafting a couple of years ago and decided now that we would take our kids 7 and 9 years on the river. We opted for the 4-hour family rafting and they really, really loved it. They were screaming in joy for the complete trip and it was a huge success. Our guide was superb and really provided our family with great laughs and memories. We will definitely be back.

I was so nervous before coming to Sjoa river. I have been doing some risky things in my life, like surfing, horse back riding in crazy places, diving, and more. Something about this river was making me nervous. AFTER 3 MINUTES IN THE BOAT I KNEW THIS IS GOING TO BE ONE OF THE BEST MOMENTS OF MY LIFE, All fears have disappeared and i was in a fantasy. Looking up to the sky line and seeing all this nature, was just a true feeling of happiness. But besides the force of nature, there was THE FORCE OF THE GUIDES, AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THIS PLACE. The feeling of a welcoming family, the way they make you feel safe in every single moment, and doing it always with an amazing sense of humor, is just not living any room in your mind for worrying. They work in true harmony, they are true professionals, they keep you safe, and they are just so freaking cool. All of them. Every single one of them. I say again, i was nervous, and i have no doubt that the people of Sjoa rafting were the ones to change that and open the door for me to fall in love with rafting, with rivers. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND trying this experience, go out there, these guys will make you asking for more. I know i want more, and i'm getting it next year. THANK YOU SJOA RAFTING. THE ORIGINAL.
