It is a very nice place, in good area, central. It is a luxurious place, you can feel like at home.

Me and two friends stayed for 7 weeks at this place and some things were good, but some things were bad. They promised internet and around 40 TV channels. However, during the first two weeks our router did not work and we only had 5 TV channels. We sent around one mail every second day about this problem without any response. In the third week, some guy turned up in our apartment and fixed the TV and the internet (even though the internet is very bad: 1Mbit/s)
Another problem was the cleaning. It was promised that they would clean the apartment once every week and switch the sheets as well. However, the first three weeks the cleaning was done very bad, and we did not get clean towels and sheets for all the people who stayed in the apartment. Some weeks they didn't clean at all, and when they cleaned, they never took care of any trash except the trash in the trash bin. They did also only give us one roll of toilet paper every week, which isn't very much.
Two of our beds had broken legs and one of the toilets were kind of broken as well.
They contacted us three times and tried to force us to pay in advance, even though we had made a deal that we would pay after we moved in. When we told them that we had such a deal they denied that they had seen such deal, and said that we would lose our booking if we did not pay. However, when I showed them the email with the deal they accepted it.
About 2-3 times every week the fire alarm sounded in the apartment, probably because of someone in another apartment smoked inside or did not know how to cook There was also a lot of loud people living in the apartments with roof terrace which sounded a lot during most days.
The positive thing about the apartment was that the kitchen was kind of functioning well. It is very central and close to some good bars and restaurants. There is some nice parks really close where you can enjoy the sun, and a good small road at the river if you like to take a walk or go out for some running.
The gym was small, but much better than nothing and the place to wash your cloths was kind of hard to book, but when you got a time it worked out well.
For the price of 17 000nok/month, I do not know if I think it was worth it to be honest!response / report this review -

Ok place for an ok buck. Little problem with the heat, to hot and problem with the warm cable, but all in all recomended.
