A nice little grocery store with a great selection of baked goods. There's also a salad bar, and the staff are very helpful. I reccomend grabbing some food here and take it with you up the the spectacular viewpoint Stegastein.

Seems like the main supermarket in the Aurland and Flåm area. Large enough that you can get almonds anything you need from a supermarket. Otherwise in Flåm there's a smaller mart called CoOp

Spent about a week in Aurland hiking the mountains around the fjord. This appeared to be the only market in the area but it has everything a traveler or a local would need. Very clean and everyone was friendly.
