Nice hotel and centrally located no the stream. Restaurant, store plus spa inside. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning with lots of variety. Staff was polite and friendly as well. English no problem.

Good room size (I stayed in a room for two with beds that could be pushed together or separated). Couldn't find any stairs, only one elevator. If they exist they arent easy to find. Bathroom decent, shower sink and toilet all together. Shower had an odd glass panel for a door that still allowed for some water to seep onto the floor where you need to walk. I believe there was some facilities like a sauna, pool, and pool table as well, but I didn't use those.

Nice rooms that are decent sized and clean and modern. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and was good. All staff interaction was very friendly. Not much I can think of to fault.

Upon arriving at the hotel we realized there were no family rooms available, which we had booked. Without hesitation from the front desk we got a healthy discount on a regular room, plus free access to the spa for the entire family. That's good service. The spa is great, with multiple pools and a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and decent, and the breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. We'll stay here again if passing through Gjøvik!
