When i was there the civil aviation section was not open, but the military one was fun tooyou can go up in the tower and can see the active runway and planes landing and taking off.The place is full of history and information, plus a great chance for good pictures

Huge! Probably should set aside the best part of a day to get around this, or half day if you only want to see either military or civilian. Make sure you go up the old ATC tower.

A great museum, lots of information and interesting riddles for kids and historical planes for adults. Also has a experiment corner which is fun for adult and kids alike! Really fun and interesting experience.

This place is huge, make sure you have a lot of time to visit if you think aviation history is interesting. The commercial section was closed for refurbishment when I was there, but the military section was large enough for quite a long visit.

Amazing museum! Check if all the sections are open (summer 2016 the civil aviation section was under construction). Great history background explaination, amazing sets of planes from different eras.
