  I visited this place in fall of 2017, and everytime I got home after a long day of hiking it felt like coming home to your own place. We got one of the houses that was located on the terrasses. Everything was brand new and very fresh, the kitchen had everything that you could ask for when cooking and it also felt very clean and organized. Its location is just breathtaking. I would recommend this place very strongly.

  Accommodation first class. Boats good for three, adequate for four.fishing has potential. You've got to work to find productive marks.fishing shop on site doesn't carry weights line,booms or shads.the very things you get through.The luggage transfer systems at OSLO are INCOMPETENT at best. Don't be surprised to have misplaced bags.we had three misplaced.which cost me a missed flight! And £350 for a new transfer to mejford brygge!! Stock up on food before getting to camp as it's a taxi journey away to basic shop.

  A very nice place to stay for a few nights. Highly recommended if you like fishing and/or hiking in mountains. Mefjordvær is one of the true pearls of North Norway with exciting mountain views and exceptional nature. I highly recommend to stay here for at least a couple of nights, and call them to plan a few trips before you come.
  The food is good, the facilities are exceptionally nice and everything is very well maintained or new. Its an affordable stay, but I recommend putting in a little extra to rent a boat and some fishing equipment. You wont regret it.
  They also rent out boats and can help you plan trips even if you don't stay her. Many people I met last time I was here where camping in the area, and rented services her.
