The room walls are like cardboard, everytime someone closes a door somewhere close , you can hear the walls making sounds. You can hear the people in the next room basically, the rooms were noisy. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent, getting hot/cold.

View is nice though, situated next to the river . Staff was friendly, but inefficient (slow) . Food was quite nice . Most of the positive star was from the food quality, not the hotel side.

Cozy hotel located close to the city center only separated by the river running out to the fjord. Short walk (5 min max to the city center). Nice rooms with a great view and a own nightclub/bar available for a beer or a drink. Good restaurant with as steak dinner special on Wednesdays.

We visited the hotel to have dinner after a long day of travel. The location of the hotel is great. We were sitting in a beautiful corner in the restaurant where we had the view of thw town and the fjord. The interiour looked great. The dinner tasted fantastic however the stay was a let down thanks to the not so wonderfull service.

First we wernt sure the restaurant was open as no one was at the reception or any other staff was to be seen.

After we finally found the waitress. We were told to sit where we like. Fair enough. How ever the waitress never asked if we enjoyed our dinner if we were having a great time or cared for our opinion.

When we payed our dinner and gave her a tip we never got a thank you or good bye she just left.

Tldr great food great location but the service sucks

The quality the rooms have seen better days, but they are ok. Food was excellent and the dining area above average in aesthetics. The staff provided with excellent service. All in all its very good quality compared with price. But its not a luxury hotel. I recommend this hotel.
