We ordered 3 course menu. The starter (salmon) looked tiny but tasty, the main course lofoten's fish was Ok, there were many flavours that were well combined. Regarding the dessert chocolate brownie, we've eaten better brownies in our lives.
The food is served in an artistic way.
For sure the view is nice.
The service was also nice.
We ate quide good, but if you have bigger appetite maybe search for some different place.
We were there yesterday and the service was horrible. The waiter was extremely unattentive and didn't know the neither the wine nor the food menu, but pretended he did. For starters we had the shrimp and fried scallops with chili and hazelnut. The shrimp weren't fresh shrimp, but frozen shrimp, and the fried scallops were cold and tasted bland. For the main course we got the monkfish which one waiter said was oven baked and another waiter said was panseered. However, the gooey chunk of fish tasted like it had been made the day before and re-heated in a microwave oven. Adding to that, we had to walk up to the waiter several times to ask him to fill our wine and water glasses because he didn't check up on our table. Horrendous experience that was insanely overpriced.
the food is okay, there was not so many choices on the menu, all the staff were nice but the manager was really rude, he wasnt respectful at all,, there is no way im coming back.
مستحيل ارجع له مره ثانيه وولا انصح فيه.
Friendly service. Delicious food. Lovely location along the waterfront
Went with the set menu as I was told the Tuna I was considering was out of season and therefore frozen, but would still be fine if I wanted it. Crab was excellent, fennel soup acceptable if a little odd, sour creme ice cream a little OTT for me, cod main very good and a pleasant enough dessert. Staff were polite. Hygiene and general decor of the restaurant was impressive given the tourist trap location. Slightly overpriced for the quality, but a solid 4 star choice.
The fish soup alone! Amazing!
Great food and service, worth the price
We went in the Fiskerestaurant for a "Crab festival" and it was excellent !
Very nice restaurant, quick and polite service.
Don't waste your money and eat here.
Ridiculous prices for poor quality food. Despite the exorbitant prices and feeling hungry, was not able to finish my plate as the taste was so repugnant. Everyone else in my dinner party felt the same. Was very disappointed.
Note: this is a TOURIST trap; recommended by tour guides
Great food, excellent service too. Views over the marina are really nice. This area along the waterfront has a great atmosphere in the evening - my favourite part of Oslo.
