  The coffee and tea we had here was very good. The owners were very kind to us. Definitely gonna pay another visit when I'm in the area again.

  Both the town and the Lampeland Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The town had a population of less than 1000 but they had a lot of visitors. Staying at the hotel was like visiting someone in their home. If you are visiting Oslo, this is a great day trip to do. The food was excellent and they have done their homework and have chosen the right wine for their dishes.

  Ate dinner there. The staff was really nice, but the food was just OK. Slightly overcooked, and somewhat tasteless.
