  Very bad service. Ruined my day. First they pulled my head down on the hard sink to wash. No towel to soften under the neck. Then they put color in my hair and also on my forehead? Usually a professional hairdresser put a line of cream or something in the hairline so that excess color can easily be washed off. Here they will try to scrub it of with a hard brush or something. Then they burn my head with a blower that is way to hot. By now I was so stressed that i had to say something. But the woman did not care much and continued to blow with the way to hot air on my head. I think they just wanted me out of there as soon as possible, so that they can make money on the next costumer? I guess that they are inn the mall, so they don't need returning costumers? The next costumer is just around the corner no matter how bad you treat the one that is in the chair.
